Job Profile
- Manage, review, and analyse all MIS related to the area (HOs, SOs, Bos, IBCs within the defined area), and work closely to enhance process efficiency and standardization.
- Conducting regular field visits to HOs, SO’s, BO’s & IBC’s to promote and drive IPPB business by organizing Business Camps, FLC camps, mela, etc
- Assisting with last-mile End Users in resolving their queries on business & operations, device handling, etc., and raising the issues on behalf of the agents to the Systems Integrator (SI) for technology-related issues & resolving the issues.
- Assisting End users in onboarding by allocating devices, SIM cards, Inventory, training manuals, collecting end-user information etc.

Job Profile
- Develop and manage the strategic relationship with all channel partners to drive sales and disseminate marketing information, events, training and promotions which will facilitate meeting the Bank’s business goals.
- Selling all available banking products.
- Identification of individual business correspondents for onboarding & activation and revenue generation from them.
- Assisting End users in onboarding by allocating devices, SIM cards, inventory, training manuals, collecting end-user information, etc
- Identification of potential business areas & organizing sales campaigns in and around access points / IBC points and market areas to generate revenue for the Bank.
- Interacting with DOP HOs, SOs & BOs and generating revenue by cross-selling of products & services and sourcing CASA business & Lead generation for other products of the Bank
- An officer/employee appointed on deputation/foreign service may elect to draw either the pay in the scale of pay of the deputation/foreign service post or his/her basic pay in the parent cadre plus deputation allowance thereon, plus personal pay, if any

Selection Process
- Merit list will be drawn banking outlet wise. Selection will be made on the basis of percentage of marks obtained in the graduation. However, the Bank reserves the right to conduct Assessment/Online Test/Group Discussion/Interview. b) In case of equal graduation percentage obtained by two candidates in the merit list the candidate will be selected basis the earlier date of birth. c) Candidate shall fill exact percentage of marks obtained in the Graduation up to two places of decimal. The percentage marks shall be arrived at by dividing the marks obtained by the candidate in all the subjects in all semester(s)/year(s) by aggregate maximum marks in all the subjects irrespective of honors / optional / additional optional subject, if any. This will be applicable for those Universities also where Class / Grade is decided on basis of Honors marks only. Rounding of percentage will not be acceptable under any circumstances. d) Wherever percentage (%) of marks is not awarded by the Board/ University/ Institute and only grades (e.g. GPA /CGPA/CQPI) are awarded, the same should be converted to the exact equivalent percentage (%) of marks as per the formula provided by the college/university. If any deviation is found in the application form with respect to the percentage of marks, such applications will be summarily rejected. e) It is mandatory to upload the “No objection Certificate” (NOC) from your parent organization at the time of applying. The NOC should clearly contain- i. Statement giving details of Major/Minor penalties, imposed upon the Employee, if any during the last five (5) years. ii. Vigilance Clearance Certificate from the Competent authority. iii. Relieving condition “the in case of selection the employee shall be relieved within 30 days. f) In case of NOC where the conditions as stipulated in point (e) if found absent the application will be rejected at the Merit preparation stage without intimation. g) The deputation with IPPB shall commence only after completion of mandatory formalities pertaining to their relieving process as stipulated by their parent organization. h) Merely satisfying the eligibility norms do not entitle a candidate to be in the select list. i) Results of the candidates who have qualified for various stages of the recruitment process and the list of candidates finally selected will be published on the website.
