- Able to speak, read and write Odia language
- Completed the age of 18 years on the date of Advertisement
- Preferably selected from persons who do not look up to the income they derive from their services as PLVs, but they should have a mind-set to assist the needy in the society coupled with compassion, empathy and concern for the upliftment of marginalized and weaker section of the society.
