Junior Clerk-cum-Copyist / Stenographer Grade III / Junior Typist – Educational Qualification
- Passed at least a +3 Examination (or an equivalent qualification) from a recognized university.
- Passed at least a Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized institute.
- Able to speak, read, and write Odia, and passed a test in Odia equivalent to the M.E. Standard.
- For Junior Typist: minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute in English Type Writing.
- For Stenographer Grade-III: minimum speed of 80 words per minute in shorthand and 40 words per minute in English Type Writing.
Salaried Amin – Educational Qualification
- Passed the matriculation examination or an equivalent examination from a recognized Board.
- Passed the Revenue Inspector Training from a Government/recognized institution.
- Possess knowledge in computer.
