- Tenure: Initially 2 years, extendable based on company requirements (max age limit applies)

- At least 10 years’ experience in rail traffic operations of Indian Railways
- Preference for experience in Waltair Division
- Working knowledge of commercial, planning, mechanical, signaling, and other railway departments
- Good communication skills – spoken and written
- Must reside at Visakhapatnam, have own transport, and mobile phone
- Good contacts with railway employees in Waltair Division
- Good mental and physical health; medical certificate required
- Familiarity with computer/data entry related to rail traffic
- Monthly Remuneration: Rs. 39,375 (consolidated; includes travel, telephone, and liaisoning expenses)
- TA/DA: As per Supervisory category norms of the company
- Maximum Age: 62 years 10 months
- Engagement allowed only up to 65 years (including extensions)
- Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.
